Scott Douglas - Consultant, Auditor and Trainer
Scott is the founder of Focus Business Support. He has over 20 years experience as a manager and leader in various government and non-government organisations and holds post graduate qualifications in management.
This experience provides him with a clear understanding of the needs, demands, pressures and influences upon businesses and not-for-profit agencies alike.
Scott has a hands on approach for small to medium sized businesses and not-for-profit organisations'. Being a small business owner himself and previous Regional Director for two not-for-profit organisations he understands the pressures owners and managers face. 
He is the co-founder and Director for an overseas development organisation called Life Aid International .
This is a result of his belief that true success comes from investment into the lives of other people as well as his desire to see third world and developing nations reach their development goals.
Scott is a qualified member of the Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators (AIPF). He is a continuous learner always seeking the latest marketplace developments in business development, contemporary management practice and leadership.
His experience in organisational change, business improvement strategies, human capital development and continuous improvement processes provides a tremendous source of influence to his clients.
Scott is married with two sons and one foster child and resides in Townsville, Queensland
